Thank you for visiting Assurance Home Care’s website. Assurance Home Care is a Nurses Registry licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration to provide Home Care. Our areas of expertise are getting to know the client and family, discussing care options available and building a home care plan that fits the desires of the client and their family. We recognize that each client and family have individual needs. We our very proud that our administrative staff has worked together as a team for 26 years. Assurance Home Care provides companionship, (including homemaking), live- in companions, home health aides, and skilled nursing services. Services can be provided at home, in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities or anywhere the client calls “home”.

The home care plan is based on the clients desires as well as making sure the care plan can be carried out in a safe manner for the client. A client care coordinator provides a home care evaluation to clients. Our goal is to educate each family we encounter with reliable answers and suggestions for keeping their loved ones safely at home.
